Martha Alice Tafoya

Martha Alice Tafoya was born on February 15, 1938 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and passed away on January 11, 2024, in her home in San Rafael, New Mexico surrounded by her beloved family.

Martha moved to San Rafael in 1957 and was a resident for 67 years. She was known for being a cook at the St. Teresa Catholic school in Grants, New Mexico for 32 years. she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is loved and will be missed.

She is survived by her children, Sandra Garduno, Rosemarie Nieto, Paul Tafoya, Mark Tafoya, Anthony Tafoya, and Bernadette Tafoya. Seventeen grandchildren, thirty two great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her Husband, Samuel Tafoya. Children Timothy and Antoinette Tafoya. Grandchildren Michael, Austin, and Michelle. Parents Bernardino and Sarah Lopez. Her In Laws, Samuel Jr and Trinidad Tafoya.

Father Matthew Keller will be the officiating Priest.
