Terry Ann Lujan

Terry Ann Lujan was born on October 5, 1945, in Bernalillo, New Mexico and entered eternal rest on August 16, 2023, surrounded by her family and friends in Gallup, New Mexico. She was 77 years old at the time of her passing.

Terry was a resident of Gallup, New Mexico for 71 years. Twenty-three of those years were spent working at Lincoln Elementary School where she was a Pre School-Assistant. Terry enjoyed spending time with her family. She also enjoyed reading and doing word search puzzles. Terry loved praying the rosary to start her day, sending prayers and love to her for family, friends and all in need. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, and mother-in-law. Terry was known for her patience, love and dedication to all the students and staff of Lincoln elementary school. She is loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her, whether for a season of their life or a lifetime.

She is survived by her Children Paul Lujan, Annette M. Lujan, Petey Lujan, Annie B. Lujan-Smith, and Randy Lujan, 11 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren. Her Brother Bobby Baca, sisters Mary Maldonado and Yolanda Brieno. Niece Ruby Maldonado, Great Niece Rayne Fousek, Son-in law Stanley T Smith Jr. Daughter-in Laws, Patricia “Patty” Lujan and Darlene Lujan.

She was preceded in death by her Parents Martiniano and Estrella Baca, brothers Paul and Pablito Baca, Martin “Junior” Baca, Manuel “Tuchie” Baca, Brother-in Law Ruben Maldonado and Grandson Arthur Lujan.

On Saturday August 26, 2023, a Rosary will be recited at St. john Vianney Catholic church at 10:30AM with a Mass to follow at 11:00AM, Celebrated by Father Jerry Mesley.

Urn bearers will be Storm Smith and Zachary Smith. (grandsons)

Honorary Pallbearers include Martin “Marty” Maldonado, Lawrence Maldonado, Vincent Maldonado, Ruby Ann Maldonado and all her beloved grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Please join us for a reception following Mass. The reception will be held at the K.C Hall at 1:00PM.
