Arnold was born on April 17, 1968 in Shiprock, New Mexico to John Damon and Gracie Sherman Dick. Clans are born to Water Runs Together, Born for Red Bottom.

Arnold went to elementary and high school in Ft. Wingate, graduated in 1986, then he attended Junior College at Haskell in Lawrence, Kansas, then on to Kicking Horse, Job Corps in Montana where He met the mother of his daughter and worked for BIA Forestry during fire season. Arnold worked on drilling rigs from the age of 16 to 40 with Aztec Well Service, Bearcat Drilling, Key Energy, ending with Stradling Construction.

Arnold was a member of Word Of Life Church with The Best Pastor/Great Preacher who passed in March of 2022.

The hobby he picked, up as long as his body would let him, was when he received a bike from Noonie, He enjoyed biking,  just hanging out and always making new friends. His favorite team was Las Vegas Raiders. His favorite foods are beans, fry bread, mashed potatoes, mixed corn, soft mutton, and popcorn.

Arnold is proceeded in death by his parents, John Damon and Gracie Sherman Dick, his sister Calandra "Wishy" Wilson, and grandmother Sylvia Cambridge.

He is survived by his daughter, Arleta Meek; stepdaughter LeAnn Meek; brothers "Noonie" Johnnie Dick Jr., Braxton Damon; One sister Collene Damon; Cousin Sisters Kim Badonie and Yolanda Yazzie; Cousin brother Edward Yazzie Jr. nephews Nate Sand, Zackary "Pido" Wilson, Xavier David, Tyrell David, and Ryan Barnes; Nieces Latanya "Bears" Renee , Gabrielle Gabby" Wilson, Christian "Anna" Wilson, Precious Denetsosie; Aunties Stella Yazzie and Charlene Cambridge; grandchildren Greyson Sand, "Chei Grey, Dakota Kee Wilson, Olivia Sand, and numerous grandkids he took in as his own.
