Cecil went to be with our Lord on Thursday March 04, 2021 in Farmington, NM surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife, Connie; sons, Cecil R (Karen), Kelly (Linda); daughter, Misty (Ken) Wages. Memorial will be March 13, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Farmington Elks Lodge. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to NM C&B Trust BPOE #1747. Please observe social distancing/masks.
